You could get a set of pressure matched BB code injectors from Russ(Typ4) over on oilburners. If you have plenty of money, you could get the moose misters from Mel(agnem). Otherwise DPS makes IDI injectors, but I have never heard anything good about them.

I turned my pump up 2 flats, just enough to haze at WOT. It can be different for each truck though. I figured 2 flats was a good place to start. Just turn it up in small increments to where it just starts to smoke at WOT. Any more and you are just wasting gas, carbon coating your motor and giving the eco-***** ammo for our demise.

The screw is a 6 sided allen screw, 6 flat sides. 1 flat equates to 1/6 of a turn. It took me awhile to figure this stuff out too.

I dont have moose misters, mel(agnem) over on oilburners sells them. Not sure about power/mpg gains, but they are pretty spendy injectors, about $1k for a set I think. I'm going to get some BB codes when the money allows.
