1992 f250 7.3 wont start
I have replace batteries, starter, and a fuel pump, the temp here is around 70 so it should be starting better. Is there a better way or easier way to bleed the fuel system? Thanks
is your glow plugs working? might be the relay is bad on them and none of them coming on.
on y dads 89 7.3, he was sucking air back where the cross over is to swap tanks and it would start and die right away evry time. good luck figuring it out. will try to help all we can

Sounds like you may have a fuel issue. You should have white smoke coming out your tailpipe when cranking This would indicate unburned fuel. Spin off your fuel filter and see if it's full.
Yes, a dead cold motor would still be a pain to start even in 90* weather without the glow plugs.

I was taught to pull the fuel filter off and manually fill it with fuel. After that crank away and it should fire up but may stutter a lot while pulling fuel from the tank up to the filter. When you do this you should see the smoke coming out if you have another problem.
I would inspect your GP wiring to make sure it's in good shape. The GP's are timed by measuring the heat resistance, more heat=more resistance. As far as I know the WTS light is timed for the most part and isn't an actual representation of the GP's functioning but it should still be on longer than a second. I mounted a small light in my dash that is connected to the GP controller so I know exactly how long it's on. It will also let me know if the solenoid stops working. The WTS light rarely ever stays on as long as the controller light.
80-90 degree shouldt need plugs. should start after a few seconds of cranking. everyone i own did.
on the driverside of your fuel filter housing you will see a schrader valve. have someone crankthe engine while you take a small screwdriver and push the valve open. fuel shoudl come out of there. if fuel comes out, crack fuel injectors and crank. if no fuel come out of there, u have a clog somewhere from tank to filter.

I push the valve while I cranked on it at the starter sol. It pushes air out I also tried a squirt of either and it still won't start.

okay now i had some one crank while i dumped wd 40 down the intake and it almost started and blew smoke out now. then about the time it is gona start it gives up and just spins again.
