Default Wiring Harness Swap

I have a donor 84 F-250 with a excellent 6.9 that I want to swap into a 86 F-350 4x4 with a bad 6.9. I've noticed a few differences in the wiring harness. First the harness from the glowplugs and injection pump has one less wire on the 86. I'd use the original harness but its been cut and spliced so many times and is in really bad shape. Also is there a way to hotwire the injection pump to allow me to run the new motor long enough to bleed the system. I've already done the engine swap but now I want to hear it run.
Thanks!

There are three connections on the injection pump. One I believe is for a idle speed increase when the AC is on. The other two are on the left side of the truck. I hotwired the closest to the front of the truck and had no problem getting the truck started after bleeding the air from the system. I've looked for wiring diagrams online and had no luck. I really need to be able to drive the truck and not risk damage to the injector system. Any info is appreciated!
