Im looking at a 92 F-350 Dually to drive to college, it has a 7.3L IDI non turbo diesel, and a 5 speed manual trans, the truck is 2 wd , and i was wondering what the mpg would be if i did not drive it hard , Also what else could i do to make it gain some mpg's?

 

my factory turbo, automatic, 2wd with 4.10's, gets about 15 if i stay at 55-60... if the truck in question has 3.73's of 3.55's you can expect more... plus manual's get better mileage usually...
