7.3 idi engine swap to 7.3 idi turbo
I blew the 89 7.3 idi motor. found a 94 7.3 idi turbo to replace it. One question- besides the exhast (which is included in purchase) im assuming the engine is the same and will drop right in? Does it???

Yes, they are essentially the same, the only difference will be internal. The factory turbo motors have different connecting rods and pistons to handle the added stress of the turbo. This also makes the flywheel balances different. Make sure the turbo motor flywheel stays on the turbo motor.
