Default looking to buy a 92' 350

Anything I need to know before I buy this? The tranny was swapped and has few miles on it. engine is new/rebuilt with 110,000 on it. has a banks turbo kit, that comes with it but, not installed. cold started, ran the glow plugs three times key turned on, relay clicked over, turned key off. The truck started, no smoke, but needed to crank a few times "15 sec. or so?" it ran but jiggled quite a bit while cold, but when she warmed up was as steady as a surgeon's hands. shut her off, then started her back up and vroom! no wait. 3,000 cash, worth it? ext cab with electronic rear window. No dually, RWD. I have a feeling the glows need to be replaced. I want to wrap the exhaust and put that turbo kit on, but that is a ways down the road. I need the truck to pull a 7k lbs trailer 2200 miles to VA, reliably. What do I need to know? buy or no buy, and why?
