The block may be the same not sure but other than that they're completly different

To answer your question, "What is the pop off pressure for fuel injectors of the 7.3 Liter IDI? Pressure is usually set at between 1850 psi for Delphi injectors and can range up to 2000 psi for those that like a hotter injector.

So yes you should be able to use your equipment.
