My 06 Trailer Plug (No LT or RT But I Got Tail Lamps)

I did. 
The lights work on the truck, but nothing at either trailer plug, 7 and 4 pin.
I'm thinking the TIPM needs replaced, or at the very least, I can tear it all apart and see what's fried/shorted out.
