oil change

yea it does seem like a lot, I should have stated what was in before , I had put in shell rotella sb for the winter, but now I am thinking I should have put that in instead of dino oil because nights here in swan hills (at work) are getting down to 4 degees celcius (39F) and its only the middle of august?
