Default Clunk front end noise

What causes the clunk in the front end when I hit a decent bump? Sounds like a clatter/clunk. We had an F450 at my college job that did the same thing. My steering has decent play in it also. I just got new tires up front. From searching on here is sounds like the tie rod ends. Is there anywhere else I should look? Thanks

Could also be the trackbar...

What year is your truck? We need some details...the more the better.

Tie rod, drag links aor trac bar are the most likely suspects. I would also suggest checking the shock tower bolts to make sure they are tight.

could be balljoints also. check your shocks for leaks and your sway bar bushings/links too.
