You need to step back and re-group yourself there young pup. There's enough of us old dogs on here to fix you. And I'm talkin fix in terms of dogs. We may be old, but we know the value of teamwork.

seriously now guys, is a TST/smarty stack really what they say, would i be better off starting by getting the smarty or the TST

smarty will make it a lot easier to drive, lot more low end power. but then again if you're going to be sled pulling you could benefit from the high end power of the TST

It's whichever one he wants, he can take the TST now and have all the fun he wants. Or he can take the Smarty and have all the fun he wants.

Smarty might be the wiser choice since it is capable of stacking with different boxes if he's not 100% sure on which timing type box he wants.
