the comp is cheap, and you get just that, a cheap box. Good performance but the buttons tend to quit working after repeated adjustment. But edge will replace it if you buy through one of their vendors ex.Not EBAY

The Comp is by no means "Cheap". Edge is a great company that stands behind their products. I have had one in my personal truck for over a year and haven't had any problems with it. I have also not had any customers complain of any problems either.

The newer boxes have taken care of the button problems that plagued them.

Okay, I just remembered hearing about numerous boxes having to be sent back for one reason or the other, so I take it the buyout helped with this issue.

I would go with the tst pm3 because it works best with a smarty because it has no timing and the smarty has an insane amout of timing. if you were to go with a comp that already has timing in it you would get the same effect with a smarty and if you are looking for lots of hp you are going to want to stack. as far as smoke what size sticks do you have?
