Unhappy Idler Pulley Meltdown

Took a trip today about 120 miles round trip. About a mile from home the pulley gave way and took out the belt. I didn't see any mangled wires or anything but it sounded bad until I got the engine shut down(turbo timer slowed that process).
Had the stereo cranked up so hadn't heard any noise.
Looks like it's been wearing for awhile but I just checked the belt this weekend when I was doing the oil and transmission fluid change. It looked fine and I haven't noticed any unusual noise.
Here it is.

Guess I will figure out what to do in the morning.
Hate to use my warranty for this at 80K.

Hey Whit where is a good place to look for these? NAPA, Dealer or Cummins? It looks like I will need the whole thing. pulley, mandrel, and possibly the bracket.
