I too am in the same pradicament. Im starting to get into looking at what exhaust will suit my needs. Let me know what you choose and how you like it.

 

My MBRP turned out to be Diamond eye, but I put it on anyways and it sounds good. Its nice and quiet, but still throaty enough to be noticed when standing on it. Kit was alot better than some other 4 inch kits I've used I had to do some trimming on the tailpipe to get the included tip to work, but I'm pretty happy with it. I've tried the bang for the buck method on exhaust, and usually ends up costing more than its worth.

 

I got lucky with my Magnaflow. I registered as a product tester for them and within two weeks got a call to bring it down to there place in Rancho Santa Margarita. They installed a cat back 4" system with dual outs. Love the sound. Also made me a 5" down pipe and 5" muffler with dual outs that's sitting in my shop for future upgrades. No cost to me, just wanted me to drive it for a week and provide some feedback on it. Only beef I have with it is that the drivers side outlet goes over the rear diff housing and if I turn over my B&W ball it will get stuck on the pipe. Have to get up under the truck with a hammer and tap it back up. But the ball rarely gets turned over. And if I need to I can always take it out and put it under the back seat. Other than that, I enjoy the look and sound of it.

Oh, one other downside. They gave me a rental for the week (Ford Focus).
