Anyone know the specs for a Cummins/Holset turbo HE07VGMR?
Hey All,
I have been trying for a couple of years to outfit my 02 cummins with a vgt (such as HE451VE) and a Fleece controller, but every time I find one...it instantly vanishes. I found this HE07VGMR that fits an 8.3 or 8.9 cummins and have been told it is supposed to be a '451, but I can't find ANY specs at all. Anyone run across one of these to know if it's one of the 64mm inducer turbos? If not, anyone have a '451 and Fleece controller that I could sucker you out of?
