Got a set a silver XD addicts on my 03 CR, and I'm thinking about painting them black. Just wondering if anyone else has had a set of rims painted, and is it worth it. Want to know if they look good and does the paint chip or anything?

 

Better off having them powder coated, paint will chip

 

X2 if you are wanna paint them DEFINITELY pay the extra cash and have them powder coated.... Totally worth it

 

i did my old jeep rims they looked pretty decent. took a sander to it first to scratch them all up then spray painted them with 2 coats of walmart special gloss black then a can of clear coat. costed me a total of 7 dollars
