the easiest way to find it is do this, i just went to my truck to make sure i was describing it correctly.

open the driver door, get on the floorboard in front of the driver seat on your elbows, half or more of your body will be still out of the truck. get your eyes about 4 inches off the floor and 2-3 inches from the accelerator pedal looking at it towards the fire wall. rotate your head, neck, and body to look directly up. the connector will be pointed down right where the dash stops going down towards the floor. you can't see it when in the driver seat.
