Find a an adequate turbo for the size of your engine, then either modify your exhaust manifold to accept the turbo or build a new one. Once you have the turbo mounted give it an oil supply and drain, then after you get the air plumbing figured out your last obstacle is adjusting your injection pump for more fuel

Thanks for your reply, but still I have one doubt .. The car i have doesnt have any electronic chip or anything like the one we have on crdi's, multijets etc .. And what all precautions should I have to take before installing ? will it damage the engine ? cos its been 1,68,000 kms and the kid is still performing good in the case of top end, still he reaches 165 kmph (but takes time :P )
