any luck with ebay intercoolers?
i see it says a max of 40psi. how much are you pushing with your truck. i plan on running more then that in the future so i didnt know if that is there working psi or when they rate it to split or crack. but thats a great price for an intercooler that works

Thanks, i run mine up to about 45 psi and i havent split it yet...the problem i had is the inlets do not have a good lip to hold the clamps on...i bought some high doller clamps.....they seam to hold now...mabey a guy could use some sort of adhesive to help hold the boots on better.

how thick is the material at the inlet/outlet. if its not to thick you could have it rerolled to push a bigger "locking bead" up maybe or find someone that can weld aluminum and have them weld a better bead onto it.
