Default any luck with ebay intercoolers?

Is anyone running an aftermarket intercooler with there cummins swap. I reason I ask is I could probably find one cheaper then an original one or say a fords 7.3 intercooler to use. I'm not talking a $1500 dollar one. just a generic ebay one.

eBay - New & used electronics, cars, apparel, collectibles, sporting goods & more at low prices probably not that exact one but they all seem to say there rated for 60psi max and 600-800hp but i believe that's for a gas engine. thats the bad thing around here there really isn't any junkyards that have any dodge or fords in them that were diesels. so i cant rob an intercooler out of one.

This would also let me get one to fit a little better in the space i have.

correction it says nothing about max boost pressure just about working pressure

ok I looked at it and I think it is too small the one I have is a little over 3" inlet and outlet

do this I looked where you are at go to car-part.com there are several not to far away from you I bet for about the same price as what you are looking for there

rhine auto has several for 135 out of 05 ex with a 6.0 1-800-535-2325

Captain Todd's Wrecked Cars, Inc has one for a 7.3 for 125 1-800-252-1079

ummmm elmers auto salvage is over 5 hours from me and i plan on using my stock radiator that is in the truck. its a 4 core that came factory with my big block. should have no problem keeping the cummins cool

im also not to worried about mouning as im going to have to make the brackets anyways and probably cut out part of the core support and modify it theres barley any room behind the grill. i would trust a stock one more then an aftermarket that no one has ever used but if i cant find one close to me cheap then my alternative is some kind of an after market one for cheap
