Simplistically:
- custom motor mounts (and potentially a custom front crossmember)
- stand-alone (or painstakingly-complicated integration of) electronics setup for the ECU
- "diesel rated" coil springs (assuming the use of the existing radius arm setup
- preferrably a heavier rated front axle, like a Dana 60
- compatible transmission and related controlling electronics, or adapter for current transmission
- most likely a heavier rated radiator, unless it's already a heavy duty 4-core
- new larger fuel lines, with a return loop, fuel pump, and likely a new or very well flushed tank
