hey all I am looking for 2 things for my conversion

I am putting a 5.9 cummins in a 99 f350 and using the whole dodge drive train

I am using a 5 speed
mv4500 shifter any thing less than 80.00 w shipping let me know
nv4500 4x4 adapter housing cast iron 120.00 w shipping let me know

I am getting things together for my swap

 

i have the iron 4x4 tail housings in stock but i cant do the shipping for 120

on the shifter do you mean the stick is what you need?

 

You can use the ford transfercase, it will bolt right up to the nv4500 (and the getrag). All you need is a 29 spline gear for the t-case ($165 from Allstate gear in San Antonio TX) It's probably not as strong of a t-case as the 241 but mine is working perfect. The nice part of going this route is no driveshaft work needs to be done. Just another option to chew on, good luck, it's worth the time!!!

I bought this shifter and it is not the right one mine is square and the shaft is longer does any one know what this came out of

 

94 or 95 cummins.... i got the same problem in my swap cant find a shifter for it to save my arss
