what transfer case are you using?? if you use the chevy transfer case the sensor is in the transfer case.. you may have to take a np241 and do a dodge front and a chevy back half but it works... just a thought.. the dodge has the sensor in the rear axle.. chevy in the transfer case..

good luck nice looking truck..

BTW you can either move the ac accumliator or go with a common rail exhaust manifold to get the down pipe away from the a/c if you have any more question please pm me.. btw mine was a 3500hd with the drop axle in the front so I lowed the motor about 4" more than yours and it helped alot with clearance... here is a link..

Not Toyota but I thought I would share--Project ugly truck ..replacement tow vehicle

the x-fer we are using is the stock dodge unit, as for guages we are going to use full autometer in a custom cluster. got the downpipe and exhaust mostly done, going to have to wrap the downpipe, but that issue is being addressed

Been a bit since updated, everything is together and driving, wow the difference from the old big block to this is great. Had to replace the AC compressor and tighten up a coupler on the intake side of the intercooler, but overall, nothing major. Pulled a 65 dynamic 88 100 miles already. Best guess on mileage is about 16 right now. only things to finish up are the gauge cluster and get the AC lines built and installed.

Default I want one!

Just checking in on your status, as I just purchased a 91 chevy 3500HD the other day! 2WD with a western hauler bed, 10 lug dully and I think I might be liking the 4Dr Idea!! I'm selling my reg cab 94 f350 4x4 that I put the p pump 12V in a few years ago, plus I just about have my son's 99 superduty 12V conversion finished except painting the WHITE door so I need another project!
Anyway how is yours coming along! I do like that newer front clip and I'm thinking that would be a good upgrade!
