the 4500 actually weighs closer to 200. The 6bt is right around 1k.

I dont know, I think if you build everything up right, it would work. I see way too many classic cars nowadays running 5.9 Cummins and Dmax's to say it couldnt work

maybe but thats still a lot of weight in the front of a car and will definitely throw the balance off. 4bt is capable of 700 if you build it. and weighs much less. room is not an issue on his project but balance would be, ive seen a few that have them and they will fly but the prob.em i saw with them is the weight causes the steering to suffer no matter how you stiffen the springs. but sweet build either way. love a good mopar!

I think it would handle the torque, guys put blown hemi's in them, I bet there pretty torquey
