I won't be able to test on my truck for a while, but I've seen others use them and when I bench tested them, they worked. You can find them all over the engine bay if you go back for one. I'll get a pic of one later for you.

Yep, those are the ones, it helps to put a vacuum can in between the pump and shut-off solonoid to aid in quick reaction.

 

I know there is a pic on here of the factory OM617 overboost solenoid but I can't find it. Anybody got a pic or a link to the one on here. I want to make sure I take the right thing off the car. Thanks.
