how hard will this be

i have a 2000 gmc crew cab 4x4 ( old body style ) with a 350 and i would like to put in a 6.6 duramax does any one have any suggestions or help for me thanks

My suggestion: Go buy one already set up

Oh boy... youll need a hope and a prayer as well. Good luck But Im gonna guess the cost and time and material will greatly out weigh the benifits of what your trying to accomplish
