Nice. sounds good. I think the idle is a little low tho. Once you get the guages working you can set it right. Do like tltruckparts said or just use the dodge computer and cluster, thats what I would do. Then you know the guages will be accurate.

Well here is the last update for three weeks, Wheels are at OMF getting simulocks finished, 40" Nitto Mud Grapplers are sitting in the shop waiting on the rims! Everything else is done except the Driveshaft, Intake which is going to be custom from Injen, and the A/C getting charged. When I get home it should be on the road within a week. I wish I could take some vacation time! I go outside and fire it up every day just to hear it run, I will do some videos of the first drive. Here is a decent pic. of the engine compartment with the wiring finally done.

Whats up buddy! Yea still hang out on TT, but these guys here know their s*it when it comes to the Diesels! And all that I have talked to are great guys! All I really lack is getting this thing timed right, I'm a cheap as* though I dont want to spend $250 for gages I'll use once! I pin timed it but I think it already slipped, and I need to go from 13.5* to 16*. NO ONE here in Pensacola, Fl does the timing on the Cummins except pin timing. So I guess I will have to suck it up and spend the money unless someone on here lives nearby and has the tools. So what did you end up getting for a diesel?

well since i am here in new york and cant convert my titan I grabed an '86 Chevy K10 short bed. Going to go with a 12 valve 6bt like you have with a stick. playing the axle and spring game now. not real sure how to configure the front end. looking to do one ton springs in the rear minus a leaf or two and adding air bags and traction bars of some sort. I am also a bit concerned with the strength of the frame rails. might have to try my hand at boxing them in. anyway its alot of shopping and reading at this point. all i know is that all that power on such a short wheel base should be a handful. cant wait to see your truck rolling!

Yea I would attempt to box the frame if it's thin, I got lucky as you know the Titan has a HUGE frame. I have the Dodge 2500 that the doner motor came from, it is only fully boxed in the front half of the frame. The Titan frame is a thicker guage, taller, and fully boxed. Heck where the motor mounts are the frame is 7" tall. I think the weakest part of the frame on the titan is in the rear 3 feet, but that is past the lead leaf spring perch. Leaves are the easiest with a spring over. I don't know how tall you are going to go, but if you are going for a lowered look with bags I would go radius arms with a trac bar. Then you wont need leaves, or traction bars the radius arm will eliminate the axle wrap.
