Default 05' Nissan Titan 5.9 Cummins

Here is a never ending project!! I have already done an SAS conversion on this truck with a 4-link front suspension and 14" coilovers, and 41" Iroks. Now I am lowering it a bit on 38's and installing a 97' 12V, NV4500, and NP241DHD. Here are a few pics.
Oh here are a few of my sponsors that have helped me out tremendously with this conversion!!! Thanks guys!

Nitto- 38" Mud Grappler's
AEM- Intake
Zoom Performance- Stage II VT performance clutch, flywheel, and hydraulics
Looking for a good set of injectors!

Also Installed the TST KDP Kit, Fuel Plate
5" Full Spectrum Exhaust
Ford Dana 60 front High Pinion and Sterling 10.5 rear axle.

Still have a lot to do before installing the Cummins...

Well as I was replacing seals and gasket, looks like I was too late to install the KDP kit!! But the damage was minimal the aluminum gear cover is cracked and will need to be taken off and welded, minor set back. but installed my Zoom VT stage II clutch kit today. It looks like it is going to grip! I will have the motor and tranny mated tomorrow, and if I get the cover back on in time I will have the motor back in the truck for good. Then we can get the motor mounts mocked up.

I had to get the timing cover back on replace all the seals and gaskets before I put it back in. I will have it back in the truck for good on a few days, and I will update with some pics.

Nice lookin truck. Although that clutch doesn't look like it will hold much more than stock power, not a lot there.
