Great fab skills but I have one question. Why didn't you isolate your new support from the frame? I would think that would cause problems with fender alignment, or at least nasty vibrations in the front clip:humm:

I had the front fenders attached to the frame before without any ill effects, after I put a crossmember in at the front of the frame it wont move much.

Interesting, makes sense why you wouldn't worry about it since you've done it before.

Just curious though; why did you go with the dodge radiator and intercooler? And why swap to a Dodge instrument panel?

I kept the big a$$ Ford radiator in mine and made custom coolant piping and it keeps the Cummins really cool...the fans hardly ever kick on going down the highway.
