No, It's going to be a street truck, I dont want to add anymore crap that will make me want to add a winch, which turns into wanting to put it in 4wd.....just more crap I'll break
Got it painted today
The Rustoleum hammered black comes out looking a lot like powdercoat.
Another layer
Its getting there
Tonite I'm molding on the support ring that will be used to attach the gauge cluster cover to the dash. Hoping to have it ready for paint by the end of tomorrow, that means BONDO sanding all day tomorrow

This was the mounting ring I was talking about, its half fiberglass and half jb weld.
Then a couple layers of Bondo and sanding
Then many many many more sanding sessions and various fillers and I got the first coat of black on it. I''m using the Rustolem hammered again because it gives it the same texture the stock dash plastic has and it hides minor imperfections.

Still has a gap on the right hand side, not happy with it, it sits a little more to the left when mounted in the dash than when I molded it out of the truck, but I will try moving the gauge mounting holes over to see if I can split the gap.
Dodge fuse panel
Need to make a kick plate cover but its still easy to get to any fuses
Yeah so this is going to be hard to fit will be a bitch to fit once I get the twins on there too
opps didn't mean to let that cat out of the bag yet
Just on there for initial startup
And now I'm stuck trying to figure out how to hot wire the truck's ignition and starter....any info or help is appreciated
