I just redrilled the mounting holes 1 inch shorter and factory dodge mounts fit right in. And mocked the rad in and the fan is about 1 inch from the rad. Cant wait to get it done and show the "It wont fit" people that it does fit...

Avalanche engineering has an awesome tube crossmember for the chevy conversion. If its a 4x4 then look at west texas offroad, they have a hydraulic assist steering upgrade. Very good quality for very reasonable price. All the early GM frames are notoriously weak at the steering box. A couple of options for you are to box the frame or buy a kit. The one that I use is from Offroad designs. Excellent quality and Stephen(the owner) is a wealth of info for GM trucks. If its a 2wd then I would still look into beefing up the frame and steering box mount.
