start a new thread for that. no need to bring a dead thread back that doesnt have anything to do with the topic

its easier to cut it out and build a new one out of square tubing on a 4x4. not sure on a 2x4. its at least an inch or two deeper in the oilpan area.

Well I got the cummins sat in my 84 Chevy Dually. Pulled the front cover off and fixed the KDP, pulled it right out... Looked like an oil passage so I made a tab and slid it back in.

But as for the motor mounts I took the chevy ones out and after measuring everything it will fit perfect after I cut 1 inch off the cummins steel bracket and use the dodge mounts with the chevy frame mount. May fit the same in a 4x4. Will need to notch the front crossmember a lil for the crank pulley..
