1971 Chevy K-20 Cummins Project.
I am doing the same conversion almost. I have made a 1972 3-door crew cab out of a suburban and my 1972 GMC 3/ ton. It will be getting a Cummins 6bt and I think an nv4500. I have just started a web site for the truck and my other projects called GreenBeanoffroad.com. All I can say is I am not a body guy and this is a lot of work. I will put some updated photos on my site in the next week. The truck drivers and has a 4 inch lift with 35"s now. I have yet to pull the Chevy 350. I am currently looking for a Dodge Cummins as a donor. I think the engine swap will be easier than the body build. This is going to be a weekend wheeler and fun truck. My kids love it and named it Green Bean. Oh ya it will be running on WVO when it is done. I am currently running a 6.5 diesel on WVO, I would use the 6.5 Chevy, but I want to build some power and I have always liked the Cummins engine.

thats coool i also have a engine sittin around and more than one pickup what should i do the pickups is a bowtie duhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh the engine is a diesel thats all i kno its not a cumpowerstrokedmax6.67.1 or gas but its worth the worktimemoneand all the stuuff
