7.3 IDI Intercooled Turbo in 90 Bronco
Ok intro'd self in that section.
Basically what I plan on getting done is to do a significant lift on my 90 Bronco and start with adding a Dana 70 rear 60 solid axle front with leaf springs. I would do Rockwells if I could find a set locally cheap enough. The other option would be some Unimog portals.....again progibitively expensive.
Thus far I have the 94 turbo IDI engine, T19 4sp, NP 205 and a 203 for a doubler later on.
I'ld like to shoot for around 250 HP outta this engine and I know thats going to be a tough one. I accept that, as I also plan to do WMO/WVO, and Bio fuel. It will entail adding a second fuel tank so I can start up and shut down on regular diesel then switch to WMO/WVO while driving.
All this takes time, and money, well I have lots of one little of the other.....thus it's a slow process as I aquire my remaining few parts, rebuild what I need to. I have been fully documenting this with photos....tons of photos...so once it's really underway, I'll have a nice slide show done to display.
The truck wont be a show truck like normal shiny trucks...no this will be a nasty trail ride hard core off road machine. Camo paint (flat of course) and exo cage once complete...
Well thats about all....
