**BRAND NEW***!!!!!!

brand new zero hours, never been run AIR COOLED HOLSET single cylinder air compressor with drive thru package (for power steering)

This one puts out 8.5 CFM compared to the TF 550 at 13 CFM.... but after my scare where the compressor head ALMOST poured the entire engine coolant capacity into the engine oil pan..... I've HAD it with liquid cooled compressors..... especially used ones...

So... found this one..... which should more then enough pump the air I need (hell still double my shop air compressor)....

it is B-E-A-U-tiful.... love new parts

old on right, new on left..... alot smaller...all the same size fittings and everything so works out great.....

Brand spankin new

Drive thru package installed

The LUK will bolt right up to this bad boy.....

Ooopsies....
A5000 fuller plunger shattered......the cause of the rear range transmission shifting without waiting until a pass thru the neutral zone.......

Shes fixed now and working like a charm!

The new Holset EL850 air compressor plumbed in....

The air pump even pumps air !

The full cycle from 0 psi to 120 psi took about 2 minutes to fill approx 13 gallons....

Mostly idle with a few bounces on the throttle.....

Heres to videos of that beautiful turbo whistle (wow is the HE341 distinct and different on a 12V) and
the bendix air dryer with holset compressor in action......

Well.....

Its in.... permanently now..... grade 8 hardware, painted, loctite 242, all welded up..........

The much improved over previous design panhard bar mount on axle...... this one isnt going anywhere......

All for now..... hydroboost comes in sometime this week.....

Plans for the week are to get the top side shock mounting welded in, get the rear air bags installed, and maybe start the air solenoid valve mounting and plumbing..... Also will start mock up for pedals once I get the hydroboost mounted next week....

Moving right along.....

Awsome build! Now for my only concern based on problems ive had I will now use nothing but fleetguard filters anything else ive had messed with my oil presure. I just got mine put back together (toasted thrust) when I fired it up my pressure kept fluctuating until I went to my case ih dealer and got a filter (fleetguard) after a little research I found others who have had the same problem so I try to pass it on good luck with the project ill b watchin.

Don't be fooled by the frams..... only as space savers... I fun nothing but fleetguard, and/or baldwin / CAT filters...... I replaced with NAPA Golds for engine testing.... and already have the new baldwin fuel and CAT Oil filters for the motor once it becomes a driver...
