I love them. I have friends with the knockoffs and I always thought they were ok but they honesty do not compare to the Trucklite brand lights.

@evenglass

thanks so much for this thread!! such great info. 2 days ago i pulled my 4.0 for an om617. ive sent the IP to Sweden for 7.5mm elements, i have a t3/o4e turbo and will install a fmic with 3"exhaust. i also have 4.56 gears in my 98 tj and just bought new 35s reading your thread in the beginning makes me worried about my tires choice now. what is your opinion on this gear ratio/ tire size/ engine output combo?

these look really good, but only IF you have the mods I have or comparable. It would not do well with factory output.

definitely not stock. i ran some numbers last night also. looked at what stock 300TDs ran at RPM wise with different set ups and it looked ok. just wanted to get a second opinion.

now if i had only indexed the crank and flywheel before they were separated.....

I had my flexplate match balanced and I do not believe it made a difference. I wouldn't worry about it, they are pretty close to neutrally balanced.

0-60 in 10.8 seconds, I think that's pretty good. You can see it fall off when I max the boost. Need more boost!
