Lol I'm definitely happy with the outcome. And there will be another v2203 swap in the future.

Well I talked with another Enabler this evening FTE . And went and picked up a all Aluminum Mitsubishi evolution evo 8 Inter Cooler. I like the way it is made better than the Volvo Unit I have seen. I know it was not cheap at $75.00 but for down here it was not bad.

I know I have not built anything yet but with the help of the other NUTS on this forum I am confident it will run when completed.

Here is a picture of an Inter Cooler like the one I picked up. I think the picture is upside down.

Looks great and it fits real good in fte's truck and helps keep his egts low. I went with the Volvo inter cooler as it was cheap $20 if I remember right and it fit in between my radiator and core support and hugged the radiator. But that will work great for you

Well the Volvo Inter Cooler worried me with the plastic tanks. I know I read to much. But I did read that if one runs over 20 LB's of boost they could crack. But to be honest I have no clue. I guess you could say that the all aluminum construction give me the fuzzies .

You guys might want to see how the boost responds on the freeway with my turbo. Remember my speedo is off by 8% so I'm actually going 60-75. The boost will climb to 18 with out downshifting, I have had it to 20-21 without downshifting climbing a big hill

Hey Rangmar. or FTE did you have enough room to put your intercooler in front of the radiator; with the radiator in the stock location? How about on the jeep? It looks to me like I may have to re-locate the radiator aft a bit if I want to use a decent size intercooler

Mine is behind the core support and in front of the radiator. Fte would know best to ask for the cherokee redveloce has his in between the radiator and core support last time I saw it and I believe he had to move the radiator to make it fit
