Just curious what you decided to do for your transfer case? I am doing a 97 12 valve swap in my 81. I used the 97 dodge nv4500 (rebuilt and upgraded) and I am going with the NP205 with the advance adapter sleeve. Also all you need for the pedal set up is a stock set up for your truck (junkyard) and the stock clutch master. Don't remember what size the hydraulic line is for the master to slave you might need an adapter to connect the line. Be careful when buying a used trans unless you can see it in person and take the cover off and have a peek (still cant always tell if it's good)

I just bought a new nv4500 and I'm running the np241 since I got the Dana 60 up front. And I got the pedals from early 90's gas ford, but I'm running south bend single disc so I'm gonna run the ford hd HYD so it's easy when shifting. Good luck with your swap by te way!

Did you put the transfer case in already? I am running a king pin dana 60 in the front of mine but just curious how much room you have for exhaust etc around the larger transfer case. I started another post earlier what did you do for motor mounts?

Haven't put it in yet, I have 4" exhaust all way back so it will probably be a close fit but hoping there is no issues

i ordered the motor mounts from destroked, they where spendy and after looking at them i woulda tried i think to build my own. but they worked good. they have multiple mounting holes drilled for positioning the motor height.

i want to post some pictures on here of the swap but cant figure out how to post them

I can't see having a problem getting 4" pipe past the tcase on a Ford. Our 1st-gen Dodges have the exhaust, D60, and t-case all on the same side, and 4" gets by, albeit tight. Ford's frame is wider too.
