Default Diesel scooter, single cylinder

Ok so In gonna try to build a diesel scooter and am looking for other ideas so I can fully figure out how I'm gonna do this. So my girlfriends dad gave me a razor scooter that has a 40cc gas motor on it that doesn't run. I was going to just try to fix it but instead if got to thinking of making it into a cool project and try to put a diesel motor on it. Now I'm thinking of going with something like this http://item.mobileweb.ebay.com/viewi...d=180700361852 or a similar single cylinder diesel motor or maybe even a diesel generator motor? Would do you guys think. What do you think would be the easiest way to go about it? And yes I know it won't be easy. Just easiest

going from 40cc gas to 418cc Diesel....and weighs over 100lb..... the scooter's suspension won't have much room left for the weight of a rider.... you could address that, I suppose, with stronger springs, but, ultimately, you'd be limited by two characteristics of the wheel-spindles. Up front, the spindles and wheel bearings would wear out faster. Out back, the torque would probably shear the drive-train's weakest component. Weren't there any that were smaller?
