time for some cutting and chopping of the frame to make room for the new power unit along with a little doll up of the motor
This was the first cut, much more needed to make room

then a little doll up of the motor, love that TSC MF red

Just before mocking in to tac in mounts

here is the motor mocked in place, I blocked it up after setting the motor with a backhoe (cherry picker started folding up from the weight of the new power unti)

as you can see I had no room for the mounts so more cutting would be necessary

plenty of fire wall room here

finally got all the frame clear and the mounts tacked in place

before final placement a KDP fix would be necessary

Didnt get any pics before laying the motor in its final resting place but was able to sneak a pic under motor

not much clearance but motor will have much more when it tilts back after bolting trans

notice the shoe horn used to get it in there

it was a toss up of which ac bracket to use but after seeing how much clearance I had with the HD frame I utilized the stock AC mount.

core support fab time

my newly CNC's valve cover cover showed, I can make these any style you want and have them on ebay, feel free to request a quote, just the standard design runs 125 so see the ebay link

during the fab of the core support noticed stock fan location would not work, here is the new intercooled first gen fan mount i needed to use to make the radiator fit

Thanks, just dropped the altinators off to get dodge programmed to run chevy tach, hopefully they can do it, any ideas what size pulley I should use to run correct tach speed, I can make one to work but not sure on the size.
