my 1997 dodge 3500 2 wheel drive recently messed up rearend.i have a 2001 3500 rearend with disc brakes and was wondering if it would be a simple swap.thanks in advance.

 

as far as it fitting yes, then you will have to change the master cylinder to get the brakes to work right
