Going to need someone to help you with this... Turn the key on and feel the fuel pump. You should feel it pump when you turn the key on, about 20-30 seconds then it will turn off if it does not start.

If the fuel bowl is not filling like you say I suspect your fuel pump is dead. However even with a dead fuel pump if the tank is about half it will normally start...

just saw one a couple months ago same malfunction turn and turn almost fire and no go,added oil and that sucker fired on the 2nd turn it may not specificially be a murphy switch but it is still a dummy switch. (pickup in question was a 95 f250 powerstroke)

Fuel level in bowl is just enough to cover element

There is no "switch" to keep the truck from firing due to low pressure oil... However if the High Pressure Oil Pump is not putting out 500psi then the truck will not fire.

The Powerstroke uses High Pressure oil to fire the injectors, the high pressure oil pump is feed by the low pressure oil pump. Run the truck out of oil and it will not run because the high pressure oil pump gets no oil...

Same thing happens when you run a truck out of fuel.

Fuel pump is on the drivers side frame rail, just below the drivers door and on the inside of the frame rail.

Oil level is ok , fuses are ok , Not getting any juice to fuel pump(new pump) what should i check next ?

Thanks For all the Help local Shop figured it out ! The emergency fuel shut off was wired wrong. I had replaced it , the wires wire put in wrong from factory on new one !
