My cummins is starting really hard, sometimes it will turn over for almost 20 seconds before it will start. It does it even when its already warm. It runs great, plenty of power, so i don't think it would be the injectors, or could it? Fuel filter is brand new, fuel pressure is in the norm as well. I'm stumped i have no idea what it could be.

 

I would guess injectors are bleeding off when not running so the injector pump has to build pressure back in order to start. This happened to a friend of mine. Yes injector problem.
