Default CRUISE SHUTTING OFF

MY 2000 DODGE CUMMINS WHEN IT TURN ON THE LEFT TRUN LIHT THE CRUSIE SHUTS OFF THEN WHEN I TURN THE LIGHT OFF THE CRUSIE COMES BACK ON
AND WHEN I TURN THE HEAD LIGHTS ON OR THE RUNNING LIGHT THE CRUSIE WILL NOT SET LIGHT COME ON BUT CAN;T GET IT TO SET ALSO WHEN THE TRUN SIGNL IS ON IT IS DIME AND VERY HOT IT LOOKS LIKE SOMEONE HAS WORKED ON THE GROUND WIRE TRYING TO FIX IT BEFOR LOOKED AT BOTH THE BULBS FRONT AND BACK AND CHANGED THEM AND DIDN'T HELP WOULD REALY LIKE TO GET IT FIXED DRIVE A LOT A NIGHT AND WITH OUT THE CRUSIE IT SUCKS

I bet yer clock spring is shot inside the wheel....................its the wiring that feeds the cruz goes round and round when you turn the wheel

BUT WHEN I AM DRIVING STRIGHT IN THE DAY LIGHT EVERYTHING WORKS GOOD BUT I TURN THE LIGHTS ON OR TURN LIGHT IT SHUTS OFF WHAT WOULD DAMAGE THE CLOCK SPRING

once the clock spring goes bad it causes all kinna crap to happen, to much turnin can ware out the clock spring ....................I still bet on it being the culprit

IS THERE ANYTHING ELSE IT COULD BE BEFORE I GET INTO THE WHEEL I DON'T HAVE THE TOOLS TO PULL THE WHEEL OFF AND DON'T REALY WANT TO REMOVE THE WHEEL IF I DON'T NEED TO

not even sure if this can help at all, on the old 7.3l fords, they had the same issue, it was caused from the third brake light or other lights (turn signals, etc.) burnt out.
