If that heating element touches the fuel cannister it can short when you turn Check your fuses for the fuel heater fuse and I bet it is blown. Unplug the heater, replace the fuse, and I bet it starts.

Sounds like a TPS (Throttle Position Sensor) to me!

where is the Fuel pressure regulator, and what does it look like. Where is th throttle positioning sensor.

That fitting with the wrench on it is the FPR and inside there are the spring that lots of people shim with a BB

Thanks alot . This helped me alot. I now have an idea where this stuff is . I can start lookind into it a little bit more. This is a great site. Ičll let you guys know how I make out.

have you checked the wiring to the ipr? You could have thrown that code because the wiring is bad/ not making a good connection.

Thanks bud -- I may not know crap about the actualy building /rebuilding of these trucks as I am just jumping into learning hwo to do this stuff myself.. but I sure as heck can go find the answer and post pics

plus it helps me learn too!
