Started no prob. Will idle in gear and rev fine in park and neutral. Put in drive or reverse and try to accelerate and truck shuts off then does not restart. After a while it will restart again. Every once in a while will run fine down the road then same issue. Has had alot of the 6.0L issues over the years and and been to the shop several times. Any suggestions what this one is?

 

i dont know, but check the transmission wire harness. we had something similar to that happen on a 7.3 e-550

 

it deff sounds like a wiring issue
