2006 ford powerstroke 6.0 f250 super duty I have put new map sensor new ebv and new egr truck starts good will run at an idle will run great for a while. but once it worms up truck will have no power will not idle up over 2000 rpm will blow black smoke out tail pipe idle does get a little rough. ive had to unplug the egr just to get it back home even after I had replaced it. does not throw any engine codes when it has the problem. the only code it has is cylinder 4 glow plug. ive pulled the egr out it will run good for a few min then back to the same problem. no mods or delete kits added

 

i have a 1993 6.5 turbo that went bad. i got one out of a 1996. i need to know if it will work. my wire harness is a hogpot. i have the wire harness with the 1996. with the computer. but the bulkhead plugs up different will it work??????

i have a good knowledge on cummins and 7.3l. i still post on this forum for help if i dont know something but if your looking for help or your near by i can help or find out something for you
i currently have a f250 7.3l 2001 with 342000 mi on it
a 97 3500 manual 12v cummins has new 5.012 injectors, airdog 45 and some other stuff. im just having problems with the damn tach or ess which semms to be a big problem with these 12v cummins and its probably the dumbest thing i can think of. the effen machine sounds great and want to enjoy it..

I live down in Middletown NJ, about fifteen minutes north of Sandy Hook. I do make trips up into north Jersey daily. Not the most knowledgeable, but I know a little about a lot that may be of use.
