2003 Dodge 5.9 keeps spitting out fan belts Help...

My 2003 5.9 dodge keeps spitting out fan belts like thats its job, I have had the truck to 4 different mechanics and they all say my pulleys are good. Any ideas???

put on a new belt and draw a white line on it then watch it as the motor runs it sounds like its not turning true.....it gots a wobble

I have to agree with BBD 416, How old are the tensioner pulley?
