Hello I am new and want to apologize I know this has probably been asked a thousand times. But I just bought a 2003 ram 3500 5.9 Cummins automatic with 116,000 miles truck runs great is there anything I should be concerned with. what are some common problems with this motor or transmission. is there anything I should do to it to prevent problem from occurring . thanks for all your help

 

I'm sure the last owner thought the same thing.....Maybe! What tranny what mods already?

 

the dealer ship gave me the previous owners numbe. he told me it was all stock exept he had a high performance fuel pump put on
