Question white smoke
white smoke no power smoke clears runs a bit better until it warms up then stalls let it cool starts rite up heavy white smoke runs good down hill only

Sounds like the injection pump is outa time. Also look for any fuel leaks and check the fuel pressure. But it sounds like a timing issue since those were (some) of the symtoms my 95 had.

Either the timing slipped, you have a leak or restriction on the suction side of the lift pump, or you have a stuck plungerin one of the barrels. After it stalls is it a royal pita to start?

not if i let it cool few minutes

I have an 06 f 350 and my did the same thing had white smoke and then no power it was my head gaskets
